By accessing or using the PhraseLog mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

PhraseLog is a free travel phrasebook app that provides users with phrases and audio in multiple languages. You can use the core experience without creating an account.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you choose to create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the app. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. Payments

PhraseLog does not currently offer paid features or subscriptions. If we introduce paid features in the future, the applicable fees and terms will be presented before purchase, and you will have the option to accept or decline.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers
• Using the app for any unauthorized or illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PhraseLog and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PhraseLog be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
