By accessing or using the PhraseLog mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

PhraseLog is a language learning application that provides users with phrases and vocabulary in multiple languages. Some features may require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the app. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of PhraseLog may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to our premium features, you agree to pay the fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PhraseLog be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
